The Solo Sax Sessions

San Antonio saxophonist, composer, and loop station wizard Noah Peterson weaves a web of magical, musical mystery. Using electronic effects, this on-the-fly, observable, orchestration is a musical experience that must be seen to be believed.  Funky grooves, tropical tunes, and Louisiana blues are all on the menu for the “Solo Sax Sessions.” Presenting original music this show has something for everyone. And it’s as much fun to watch as it is to listen to.  It is a foot-stomping, hand-clapping, soulful good time of music and stories.

If you're a school, library, or community organization; be sure to check out "Imagine: Music!" a K-12 educational program.

This show is performed across the U.S. at festivals, bars, clubs, schools, colleges, retirement communities, civic events, races, and everywhere people gather for good times and good music.

Now that you've had your appetite whetted…, let's get geeky.  Noah plays alto saxophone, Noah uses at BOSS RC-300 Loop station to power the program. Extra gizmos include a Digitech DigiDelay pedal, the Electro-Harmonix POG2, and the Dunlop Crybaby 535Q Wah pedal. These add dimensions of sound for echo, an electric bari-sax sound and of course, that funky disco stuff.  All of which are delightfully employed to make your body move.
